Pastor's Bio

Pastor Davis was born in Indianapolis, IN to George T. Davis and Twana M. (Young) Harris. Pastor Trey gave his life to the Lord in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1991 during the Desert Storm War. After returning back to the states Pastor Davis went through a very dark season filled with drugs, alcohol and a failed marriage because of his refusal to connect with a local body or assembly. Several years later he became a committed member of Overcoming Church where he rededicated his life to Christ, remarried and accepted the call to ministry in 1999. Pastor Davis studied and prepared 4 years in Overcoming Church's Ministerial Training and was licensed in 2003; Ordained by Bishop Ronald L Young (Sr Pastor, Pentecostal Bridegroom Temple, Philadelphia, PA) in 2007 and founded Cornerstone Church in the same year.

Pastor Davis is the founder and Shepherd of Cornerstone Church of Indianapolis, Inc. The church is a non denominational, bible teaching ministry located on the Eastside of Indianapolis, IN. The church was formed January 2007 out of a home bible study group started in Pastor and Elect Lady Tammy's house.

Pastor Trey holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications. He also served in the United States Army as a Commissioned Officer and has worked in Corporate America as a Corporate Trainer, Independent Sales Consultant and Motivational Speaker for 15+ years.

Pastor Trey is a devoted husband and father. He has been married to his beautiful wife Tammy Davis since 1998; they have 5 wonderful children between the both of them, Jeremiah, Tracey II, Jalen, Victoria and Caleb.

Elder Warfield's Bio

Elder Jamal B. Warfield was born in Indianapolis, IN to Gloria P. Warfield and William W. Warfield. He was raised on the far east side of Indianapolis and graduated from Warren Central High School. Elder Jamal gave his life to Christ in late 2003 and was delivered from a lifetime of multiple addictions. He became a member of Overcoming Church and remained an active member there until he was called to support Pastor Tracey D. Davis as he transitioned into his role as founder and Shepherd of Cornerstone Family Worship Center in 2007. Elder Jamal studied under Pastor Davis for over two (2) years and was licensed in early 2009; and ordained by Dr. J.C. Matthews, the Presiding Apostle of International Association of Ambassadors in February 2011.

Elder Jamal currently serves as the Assistant Pastor at Cornerstone Family Worship Center and has been married to Amber Warfield since 2004. Together they have three (3) children, Tristen, Nicole and Joseph. He is a dedicated husband, father and minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
